Thank you for shopping with Arvello Leatherworks. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered.

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Made-to-order, personalized, customized, or temporarily unavailable products may require additional processing time. Any product-specific processing period will be displayed on the product page or communicated to you after your order is placed.

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States and to selected international destinations.

Available shipping options will be displayed during checkout based on your delivery address. We do not ship to locations that are restricted by applicable laws, carriers, or payment providers.

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number or tracking link after your order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may require up to 48 hours to update after the shipping confirmation is sent.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Please contact us as soon as possible if your address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Arvello Leatherworks is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by Arvello Leatherworks.

International customers are responsible for confirming that products may legally be imported into their country.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges. These charges are determined by the destination country and are generally the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Customs processing may delay delivery. Arvello Leatherworks does not control customs inspections or clearance times.

We work to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes. However, delays may occur because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages. You may receive more than one shipping confirmation or tracking number.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because we divide an order into multiple shipments.
