Arvello Leatherworks will cover reasonable return shipping costs when the product delivered is defective, damaged, or different from the product ordered.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by Arvello Leatherworks.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt. Arvello Leatherworks is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged during transit.
Eligible products may be exchanged for another available size within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return and reshipping costs for size exchanges unless the incorrect size was sent by Arvello Leatherworks.
Exchange products are subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer another product, store credit, or a refund.
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include clear photographs of:

Damage caused by normal wear, improper care, misuse, accidents, unauthorized alterations, or failure to follow product-care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Sale products may be returned unless they are clearly marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.
Final-sale products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
After we receive your return, we will inspect the product and notify you whether the return has been approved or rejected.
Inspection may take approximately 3–5 business days after the return is delivered to us.
We reserve the right to reduce or refuse a refund when a returned product is worn, damaged, altered, incomplete, or otherwise not returned in its original condition.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
We generally process approved refunds within 5 business days. Your bank, credit-card company, or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund in your account.
Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, transaction charges, and other non-product fees are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error.
If you have not received an approved refund:

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order before processing or shipment begins. However, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipping.
Customized, personalized, made-to-order, or altered products may not be cancelled once production has started.
Orders returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or failure to collect the package may be subject to return shipping and reshipping charges.
Any approved refund may exclude the original shipping fee and charges incurred in recovering the package.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs documentation, import duties, taxes, and other charges associated with a return unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
Please mark the package as a returned product where permitted. Arvello Leatherworks is not responsible for customs charges resulting from incorrectly completed return documentation.
